Mercurygram Tor Plugin

Tor companion plugin for Mercurygram.

It runs the Tor daemon in a background service and exposes a local SOCKS5
proxy, which Mercurygram uses to carry MTProto traffic over the Tor network
when the "Use Tor" option is enabled.

The plugin ships separately so that the Tor binaries and the geoip databases,
about 25 MB per architecture, are only downloaded by the people who actually
use them. It has no user interface and does nothing on its own: without
Mercurygram installed, nothing ever asks it to start.
