Nudge counts how many times you scroll, across every app on your phone, and turns that into a daily wellness score meant to nudge you toward more conscious phone use — not guilt-trip you into quitting apps entirely.

This build has no analytics or telemetry of any kind — that code is compiled out entirely, not just switched off, so there's nothing to opt into and no consent prompt. Every scroll, score, and history entry stays in a local database on-device by default. The only network activity this app is capable of is the laptop-sync feature above, and only once you explicitly pair the Chrome extension with a Sync Code shown in Settings — if you never do that, no network request is ever made. No crash reporting, no Google services, no advertising or device identifiers, no proprietary SDKs of any kind.

Features
- All-app scroll counter, built on Android's Accessibility framework so it works across every app, not just a hard-coded list.
- A draggable floating bubble showing your live count on top of whatever app you're using.
- A daily Wellness Score (0-100) broken into five drivers: Scroll Volume, Session Length, Unlock Frequency, Time Hygiene, and App Quality — so a bad day tells you why, not just that it was bad.
- Time Hygiene further breaks down into Bedtime, Sleep Gap, and Consistency, so late-night phone use and irregular wake times are visible on their own, not buried in one number.
- A history dashboard with 7-day, 30-day, and 3-month views, peak-activity-hour insight, and a per-app breakdown of where your scrolling actually goes.
- Progressive interventions: a gentle nudge once you cross your own thresholds, escalating only if you keep going.
- Pause and manual reset, for the days you don't want it tracking.
- Optional laptop-scroll sync via a companion Chrome extension, if you want your desktop scrolling counted too.

Permissions
- Accessibility Service — to detect scroll gestures across other apps. Nudge never reads on-screen text or content, only scroll/window-change events.
- Display over other apps — for the optional floating bubble.
- Notifications — for reset/reminder notifications.
- Internet — used only if you opt into laptop-scroll sync (see above); otherwise never used.
